Important: Let us know in advance if you are going to bring a pet
- All types of animals classified as highly dangerous, illegal, animals that are not companions are excluded.
- Animals weighing more than 15 kilos will NOT be admitted.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the beds, sofas or the rest of the hotel furniture.
- Bed linen or bath linen belonging to the accommodation for the use of the animal will NOT be used.
- The owners will have the obligation to keep the animal in optimal hygiene and sanitary conditions during the stay.
- The owners will be fully responsible for the behavior of the animal, as well as for possible damage to third parties or to the property of the accommodation.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the animal alone in the hotel premises, except at breakfast, the access of animals to the dining room being totally prohibited.
- If due to force majeure you cannot take it with you, you must notify the hotel staff.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the animal loose and alone in the house. In the common areas, the owner will ensure the good behavior of the animal towards the establishment and coexistence with the rest of the guests and/or other housed pets.
- Due to the need for extra cleaning, the amount of 10 euros per animal per day will be charged.
